A single dilapidated bungalow in large grounds was subject to a planning application for three new luxury dwellings with gardens. A further reptile survey identified the presence of Slow worm and Grass snake throughout the site, but concentrated in certain areas. Mitigation included installation of herptile fencing, trapping and translocation of reptiles and destructive search of habitat features.
