Nicky Gould CEnv MIEEM BSc(Hons)
Nicky (nee Richardson) is the principal consultant of Gould Ecology. She is a chartered member of the Society for the Environment and a full member of the Institute of Ecology and Environmental Management (IEEM). 
She has extensive, up to date training in ecological survey techniques and mitigation guidelines and is experienced with all aspects of work involving protected and notable British species.

Nicky has over ten years experience in ecological consultancy and has worked as a senior consultant for several large companies prior to founding Gould Ecology.
In addition, Nicky has worked as a freelance consultant in ponds and wildlife gardening since 1998. 

Richard Gould MA BSc(Hons)

 

Richard provides support in all areas of the consultancy.

He has over five years experience in ecological survey and habitat management; specialising in mammal and herpetofauna surveys, Phase 1 Habitat Survey, woodland NVC and woodland management.

Richard is also responsible for the business management aspects of the partnership.

Nicky and Richard have strong links with specialist environmental consultants and statutory and non-statutory bodies throughout the country.
They are both members of the Somerset Wildlife Trust, the Mammal Society, the Herpetofauna Groups of Britain and Ireland, Froglife and other environmental organisations.
