Habitats

We undertake habitat enhancement and management projects and can help to enhance the wildlife value of land of any size - from small gardens to large estates.

Habitat management plans - lay out a timetable of works to inform the management of land according to specific goals (these often involve providing ecological benefits or targeting certain species balanced with other requirements for land use).

Habitat enhancement design - Advice on creating or enhancing habitats to benefit wildlife and biodiversity.

Practical habitat creation and management operations - We can carry out small scale or ecologically sensitive operations ourselves, or oversee and manage larger scale works.

Wildlife ponds and gardens - Creating a wildlife-friendly garden is a way in which everyone can contribute to biodiversity. A network of small gardens can produce a very rich habitat for many species. The number of ponds has declined considerably across the country - creating even a small pond in the garden can be an effective way of helping wildlife.
